How to return an item
Please ensure you enclose a completed Returns Form with your order.

Ensure your returned item is well packaged, and you are able to meet all our Returns conditions outlined.
Enclose the completed Returns Form with your goods, and return to the returns address on the form.
All Items must be in original, resalable condition.
We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
If returning footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product; therefore any damage may result in the return being refused.
We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
If returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any customs charges.
Please make sure that the Returns Form is enclosed with your goods – no form may result in your return not being processed.
Returning items ordered in store
If you need to return any items that you ordered at a Via Roma store, please take the items you're returning, along with the Packing Slip included in your package or your till receipt to any Via Roma Store within 14 days of your order date.
Exchanges and Credit Notes
Exchanges can only be made in store within 28 days of purchase with full purchase documentation only. Credit notes are valid for 6 months only again all documentation and receipts must be provided.
It can take up to 7 days for a return to be processed once we have received your package should you choose to send it back to us. Any further enquiries please refer to our terms and conditions.
